Design, Development and Use of Decision Support Systems in the Study of Economic Disciplines in Higher Education

چکیده

Research goals and objectives: to describe the experience of the design, development and use of decision support systems (DSS) in the study of economic disciplines in higher education. Subject of research: design, development and use of decision support systems in the study of economic disciplines in higher education. Research methods used: comparative analysis, business analytics, design of software module, interactive decision making, analytical methods. Results of the research: The quality of a decision depends on the input information and a set of relevant economic indicators. Decision making support systems with calculation algorithms containing endogenous economic indicators, as well as the precedent knowledge base are designed to facilitate selection of alternatives in decision making using exogenous parameters. Automation of economic indicators’ calculations has a didactic purpose for students of economic specialties. The DSS developed will facilitate decision-making in semistructured and unstructured situations at micro and macro levels.
